Short answers to the questions people ask most
How to post a listing
Press “Post” in the header. Pick a section — it decides the fields: a phone asks for storage and condition, a flat for rooms and floor.
Add photos: listings with real pictures get several times more views. The first photo is the cover.
Set the price and the city. If you are open to bargaining, mark “negotiable” — buyers can offer their price right in the chat.
Posting is free, with no limit on the number of listings. A listing lives 60 days and can be extended with one button.
How to edit or remove a listing
Everything is in your account under “My listings” and mirrored on the listing page itself.
Edit changes the text, price and photos.
“Sold” closes the listing; “Reserve” hides it from the feed while you agree with a particular buyer.
“Unpublish” takes the listing off the site but keeps it in your account so you can bring it back. “Delete” removes it for good: if there was a chat or a deal around it, it simply leaves the site so the other person’s history stays intact.
Safe deals
Keep the conversation in the platform chat. If something goes wrong you still have the history of what was agreed — a private messenger will not confirm it for you.
Meet in a busy place in daylight and test expensive electronics before handing over money. Never prepay a stranger for a flat or a car.
Signs of fraud: a prepayment “to reserve it”, rushing you, moving the talk to another messenger, a link to “pay for delivery”. A payment link from a “seller” is almost always a scam.
Confirm the deal in the chat from both sides — mutual reviews open after that, and the rating only grows for real deals. Spotted a violation? The “Report” button is on the listing and in the chat.
Site rules
One item, one listing. Duplicates and reposting the same item from several accounts get removed.
Not allowed: goods banned by law, counterfeits, other people’s photos, listings with someone else’s contacts, and anything misleading about the condition.
The price must be real: “€1, details in chat” games the search and such listings are taken down.
Insults and harassment in chat lead to a blocked account. If a listing was taken down, the reason is in your account under “Rejected”.
Account and sign-in safety
Your account’s “Security” section shows every device where a session is open. Close an unfamiliar one right there, or use “Sign out of all devices”.
The same section keeps the login history including failed attempts: if someone was guessing your password, you will see it.
Two-factor sign-in is the strongest protection. Turn it on in the same section — you will need an authenticator app.
Phone and city in your profile are hidden by default. You do not have to open them: buyers write in the chat and the deal works fine.
