About this category

Jobs in Sweden: full-time vacancies, part-time work and short gigs in construction, logistics, retail, IT, healthcare and many other fields. Employers post offers, and job seekers reply directly in the chat.

Full-time, part-time and gigs

Vacancies are grouped by field: construction, drivers & couriers, warehouse & logistics, retail & catering, cleaning, manufacturing, agriculture and security for hands-on work; IT & technology, office & administration, sales & marketing, finance & accounting, legal and design & media for office roles; healthcare, education, childcare & care, beauty and hotels & tourism for working with people. Engineering & maintenance, jobs abroad and other jobs complete the list. Gigs & part-time is the place for students and anyone after extra income — a weekend shift, help with a move, a one-off task.

Filters let you be precise: “Employment”, “Schedule” and “Work format” show whether a job is full-time, shift-based or remote; “Experience” and “Qualification” whether beginners are welcome; “Salary period” and “Payment type” how pay works. Drivers can filter by “Licence category”, and jobs abroad by “Country”.

For job seekers

Read the listing carefully and reply in the chat with a short message: who you are, relevant experience, languages, when you can start. Ask about anything the listing doesn’t cover — the exact location, hours, whether the pay is gross or net, how and when it’s paid, whether there’s a trial period.

Be careful with offers that look too easy: a genuine employer won’t ask you to pay for training, uniforms or “registration”, and won’t ask for your bank card details in the chat. Share copies of documents only once you’re sure the company exists — a “Business” badge means it has been confirmed against the national business register. Use “Report” on any suspicious offer.

For employers

A good job listing answers questions before they’re asked: tasks, schedule, location, pay or pay range, requirements and what you offer. Fill in “Position”, “Employment”, “Schedule”, “Experience” and “Salary period” so candidates find you through filters. Photos are optional in this section, but a picture of the workplace or the team can make your listing stand out.

Posting a vacancy is free for businesses and private employers, with no limit on the number of listings, and each listing stays active for 60 days. Applications arrive in the chat, so your phone number doesn’t need to be public. Reply to candidates promptly — good people rarely wait long.

Gigs and part-time work

For short tasks, agree on everything in the chat before you start: what exactly needs doing, when and where, how long it should take, how much it pays and how. If you don’t know the person, meet in a public place first. Payment is arranged directly between the two of you; Nordo doesn’t pay wages or hold money.

Gigs can be a good start for students and newcomers in Sweden: one-off tasks bring quick income and your first reviews. When the work is done and paid, confirm the deal in the chat — reviews from real deals help with the next job.

Frequently asked questions

How do I find a part-time job as a student?

Open gigs & part-time and filter by “Schedule”, “Working hours” and “Work format”. Set your city and a radius to see jobs near you, and save the search to get a notification on the site and in the app about every new matching offer. Reply quickly in the chat with a short introduction.

How do I spot a fake job offer?

Warning signs include requests to pay for training, uniforms or registration, questions about your bank card details, unrealistically high pay for simple work and pressure to move the conversation to another messenger. Check that the company exists, and use the “Report” button if something feels wrong.

How long does a job listing stay active?

A vacancy stays active for 60 days; you’ll get reminders and can extend it with one tap. Businesses and private employers can post as many vacancies as they need. Photos are optional, and listings are checked before they’re published.

Can I find work abroad here?

Yes, jobs abroad lists vacancies in other countries, with a “Country” filter. Read the conditions carefully, check the employer, and don’t pay anything to get the job or for travel arranged by a stranger. Ask for all terms in writing before you leave.

Do I need to share my phone number to apply?

No. You can reply to vacancies and talk to employers in the built-in chat. Your phone number and city are hidden on your profile by default, and you decide whether and when to share your contact details.
