Beauty & health in Estonia: cosmetics, perfume, hair care, beauty devices, health products, medical equipment and glasses. Pick up unopened products for less, find a hair dryer or massager nearby, or pass on things that didn’t suit you.
The section covers cosmetics and perfume, hair care, beauty devices such as hair dryers, straighteners, epilators and facial brushes, and health products. Medical equipment includes items like blood pressure monitors and massagers, and glasses & optics covers frames, sunglasses and accessories.
Use “Product type”, “For whom”, “Skin type” and “Hair type” to find products that suit you, and “Volume” to compare perfume and care products. Devices and equipment are filtered by “Device type” and “Equipment type”. Sort by price or by newest, and look out for the percentage badge — it means the seller has cut the price by at least 5% in the last 30 days.
Hygiene comes first. The safest buys are sealed, unused products with a visible expiry date — ask for a photo of the batch code and the date. With perfume, ask how much is left, whether the bottle is original and how it was stored: heat and sunlight spoil fragrance. If a luxury perfume costs far less than anywhere else, ask for the box, receipt and batch code. Counterfeits are not allowed on Nordo.
Switch on any beauty device at the meeting and try every setting and attachment. For medical equipment, ask about its age, how it was used and whether the manual and all parts are included; with a blood pressure monitor, take a test reading. Prescription glasses are made for someone else’s eyes — buy them for the frame unless the prescription matches yours.
Photograph the product in daylight with the label, the batch code and, for perfume, the level in the bottle clearly visible. Say honestly whether it’s sealed, opened or used, give the expiry date and explain why you’re selling — a shade that didn’t suit you or a duplicate gift is a perfectly good reason.
Fill in “Product type”, “For whom” and “Volume” or “Device type”. Small items are easy to send by parcel locker or post, which opens your listing to buyers in other towns. Remember that products prohibited by law can’t be listed: every listing is checked before it goes live, automatically and, when in doubt, by a moderator.
Keep the conversation in the Nordo chat, where your phone number stays private. For expensive devices and perfumes, meet in a public place and check the item before paying. Pay the seller directly — Nordo doesn’t take payments, so a “seller” sending a payment link is a warning sign. After the deal, confirm it in the chat and leave each other a review.
If a parcel arrives and the product doesn’t match the photos — a different batch, a lower fill level, a broken seal — tell the seller in the chat straight away and keep the packaging. Use “Report” if the item turns out to be fake.
It’s safest to buy sealed or unused products with a clear expiry date. Ask the seller for photos of the label and batch code and how the product was stored. For opened items, think about hygiene — lipstick and mascara are best bought new. Devices and tools can be cleaned and make a sensible second-hand buy.
Ask for the box, the receipt if there is one, and close-up photos of the batch code on the bottle and on the packaging — they should match. Compare the bottle, cap and label with official photos. A very low price for a luxury fragrance is a warning sign. Counterfeits are not allowed — use “Report” if you suspect one.
Show the label, batch code and fill level in daylight photos, say whether the product is sealed and give the expiry date. Fill in “Product type”, “For whom” and “Volume”. Offer parcel locker or post to reach buyers in other towns, and tick “Open to offers” to receive offers in the chat.
Yes, medical equipment has its own subsection. Describe the model, age and condition, include the manual and all parts, and show the device working. Items prohibited by law can’t be listed, and every listing is checked before publication.
The lenses were made for the previous owner’s eyes, so they’ll only suit you if the prescription matches. A good frame can often be fitted with new lenses by an optician. Sunglasses and frames are easier buys — check the hinges, nose pads and lenses for scratches.
